ADSL Support Options..
Basically there is not a lot that can go wrong with ADSL once it's setup properly. If the DSL light is lit up on your router then the ADSL service is active on your phone line. There are a number of things you can try before logging a fault with Orion On-Line. Most routers are very sensitive to power fluctuations.
- Try 'power cycling' the router. This basically means switch off the power, wait a few seconds and switch it back on again. BE aware that it may take up to 40 seconds for your router to boot up, so don't expect it to be instant.
- Check that any line filters you may have on other devices are not malfunctioning. This does happen from time to time. Simply unplug all your phones and see it the Internet comes back up, if it does it may be a filter issue.
