Email Support Options..

Orion On-Line operates both POP3 aqnd IMAP mail servers. Access to both servers is available to all Orion On-Line email account holders. All orion email accounts are covered by anti-virus built in to the email server. The Orion email server's anti-virus performs an automatic update twice daily.

The Orion On-Line mail server also uses multiple anti spam features including black lists, Spam Assassin, and specific filters. The Orion mail server will not refuse any mail unless it is incorrectly addressed ie, the recipient does not exist. If the anti spam features determine that a mesage is spam it will be placed in the users spam folder. This folder can be accessed through the web mail facility.
